    Take Into Consideration These Factors

    1) Geograthical Size Of The Country.

    2) Population.

    3) Amount Of Title Holders Produced.

    4) Amount Of Top Contenders Produced.

OBVIOSELY I COULDN'T PUT EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD ON THIS POLL.
SO I PUT THE ONES I THINK ARE THE TOP TEN.
FEEL FREE TO POST ABOUT ANY OTHERS.
MY BAD I WROTE PHILLIPINES WRONG ON THE POLL SORRY.

I don't know all the numbers to be exact, but I do know where 99% of them come to fight. Why be a diamond hanging out in "the Rough" when you can come compare yourself and see what your really worth at "The Jewelry Store".

Mexican, PR, and loads of others all come here to fight, and that's all that matters. Not where they are from.

I read on boxlatino.com on january of last year that Mexico ended up with the most belts out of any country for the second consecutive year. I think that year it was something like 14 belts and US was second with 8 or 9.
Not so this year as i checked on january. This year i believe it was only within the 3-5 belts.

This question has to go along with whom is in charge of the federations. Otherwise it makes no sense. Sorry.

Yeah I read it, guess that's why I swayed slightly off subject. Currently it's hard to argue with the success the UK and other Euro countries are enjoying, esp. like you said considering their size/population. Same for Mexico and PR. Canada is also on the rise.

Infact, it seems all countries are on the big time rise, but the US is just hanging on.

I THINK WITH THE BOOM OF COMPETITION FROM OTHER COUNTRYS. THE US IS GOING TO GET INTERESTED IN BOXING AGAIN. SO I SEE THE EMERGENCE OF OTHER COUNTRYS RISE AS A GOOD THING FOR THE US.

Taking everything into consideration such as population and size it can't be USA.

    I would say Mexico.
