I don't want to get into the whole US/UK debate but there was an article not too long ago in Boxing Monthly (a UK publication for those who don't know) that basically said how bad the state of boxing is over there in the sense that most fighters on their domestic level gets beaten the moment they step up to the world stage save for a few fighters here and there. Calzaghe and Hatton are obviously at the top while Haye is moving up. The UK heavyweight scene is pretty barren right now and Johnny Nelson left a void at cruiserweight with his retirement though he wasn't going to unify anyway. I'm not sold on Enzo. How good can a guy be if he struggles with Hobson whose domestic level at best? The USA heavyweight picture is shitty as well so don't think I'm trying to debate here.
