Because they didn't perform well against Jones. Jones destroyed these guys. And for most of these guys, their first times on TV were against Jones and no one had heard of them. So when Jones beat them down, he was accused of fighting nobodies because at first impression, they looked bad. These guys would go on to win titles and it's only now Jones is getting credit for them. Nearly every fighter Jones fought at LHW was either a champion or top 10 ranked NOT only ABC orgs, but Ring as well.

Look at some of the things you'll see in an anti Jones rant. Someone will say, "Jones fought nobodies all through his prime so when he finally fought a good fighter in Tarver, he got his ass kicked." I see that in every Jones thread. They don't respond when I mention that Jones was supposed to fight Tarver years before hand, but Tarver got his ass handed to him by Harding in a title eliminator, and then Jones promply beat Harding. So if Tarver was the first good fighter he fought since Toney, what the hell is the guy that beat Tarver?

    It's just how people work.

what title did he win at 126, because it says when he fought barerra there was no title at stake. I trust box rec more than you on this matter:deal

Don't care who you trust. I laid it out simple. And even boxrec shows that Hamed unified the titles (even though he was stripped of some of those titles)

Hamed beat all 4 title holders at that weight. (One was stripped just prior to fighting Hamed) making him the Lineal champion. Barrera then beat Hamed for the Lineal title (and his belts) but was stripped of them. But you can't strip a lineal title holder of his lineal title. Pacquiao then beat Barrera. Pacquiao was ALSO the Ring champ at 126.

5 alpha straps in 5 diff. weight divisions is a great and rare achievement. couple this w/ 3 lineal titles in 3 diff. weight divisions and this achievement becomes so much greater and all the more rare. even pbf and dlh who are also 5-weight champs are questionable as being 3-weight lineal champs.

    First P4p rankings means ****.....

I believe Pac did not win any titles at 126. He just drew with Marquez. I mean, you did say world titles like: IBF, WBA, WBC, and the WBO. Those are the only ones that count.

So the Lineal title doesn't count now?

Well then Casamayor hasn't been champion for a while now. So Campbell shouldn't want to fight him so badly.

Pac will not officially go down as a 126 lb. champ.
