well my gyms only open monday weds fri sunday. since your quite new i'd say just build up from how often you work on your training outside of the gym. I give myself a day of rest of doing absolutely nothing haha.
i go mon - friday to the boxing gym, and do roadwork 4 or so times including the weekend. going to start adding some strength and more plyometric training as well
Mon-Fri but sometimes if I can get up early enough I train twice in the day with some moderate cardio in the morning. I mostly train at night between the hours of 6:30-8:30pm and Wednesday is my go easy day, if I don't go to the gym on that day I may go snowboarding or swimming to keep active. I have a very sedentary job so I see nothing wrong with training twice a day.
Ideally running in the morning with some hill sprints (20-30 mins) and then squad training four times a week. Might throw in another day on my own geared towards either: technique/core/bags.
