based on the 2007 fights, i have seen that mayweathers in and out movement has declined and that he has become a one shot 'Pot' shot merchant. he no longer throws punches in combinations like he used to

i felt that he should of landed more on hatton than he did.

i believe that those fights wrote the blueprint on how to beat mayweather. Pressure fighters like pac and cotto reall have a chance

cotto has the style, speed, strength and defence to beat floyd

its yet to be seen if manny has the strength

When mike tyson was on the decline in the late 80's, he like floyd seemed unbeatable despite the flaws in there games. tysons awesome speed (like floyd) disguised these flaws

he finished strong against oscar and ricky but them injuries he has suffered cannot help in a long, hard fight

Brittle hands and his workrate has been a problem at higher weights. But his hand speed, accuracy and his footwork have been good enough to offset it. PBF lets his hands go more against smaller fighters.

If you have a little sense, it's obvious he does not get as offensive because he's fighting above his natural weight. There's nothing in the decline that would suggest Cotto or Pac would beat him. If he looks in decline against Marquez then maybe things change, but we'll have to wait and see.

He loves money, even though he has it, he wants more.

His ego is also not going to allow him to sit around and see Pac get all the press after beating two guys he already beat.

If you recall, before the Hatton fight he said he was taking a couple years off and that's what he has done.

When the hell has he fought a smaller man. Why don't you tell me the last time he actually fought someone who weighed less than him. What, he picked on smaller guys because he fought Hatton?

He chose JMM because he's trying to get to Pac and JMM is P4P #2.
