 There ya go, Cotto making weight and money excuses. How much more you think he made for Trout

-Did he not look like a midget vs Trout?
-Did he not request 150 from Pac in the link I just gave you?
-Did he not ask to defend his 154 belt at 150 from one eyed Marg a year before?

Floyd haters hating every decision that Floyd makes? There is no surprise there. It has been like this 7 years ago.

Whatever Floyd is doing other fighters has done it more and worse so i don't know what is the big fuss is about. Sounds like Floyd is not allow to fight someone his weight, fighters from 140 or make demands of his own. EVER.

When you are the highest paid fighter in sports, claim to be the G.O.A.T, and claim to fight fighters at weights they are most comfortable at, but, have somehow missed the biggest challenges out their for the last 6 years then of course people will question the bull**** you say and do. His fans make it worse.

What does his purse against Trout have to do with ANYTHING on the subject we're talking about. You guys are masters of changing the subject completely when you're not looking great. I'll give you that, it's a talent! :thumbsup

Looking small against Trout has what to do with Pac asking him to come down in weight?
No, he said they offered Margo 150 why won't they go up that high for him. He'll not go below 150. He did not offer them, he said how far he was willing to compromise because he realizes Pac is the bigger draw. :nut
What does him fighting Margo have to do with Pac asking for him to drop down in weight?

This all started with the statement that Pac won a JMW title at 150, then gave it up because he said that was too high for him.. He then chose to ask Cotto to go to 150 not even 5 years later, even though that's 'too high' for him. :nut

Look at you trying to change the subject 100 times, it's funny. This has nothing to do with Cotto's 154 fights, and everything to do with the double standard.

Manny can win a JMW title BELOW the limit, and fight there again a couple years later if he chooses. Floyd fights once, doesn't try it again for 5 years. Takes more punishment than recently, and may not fight there again.. But if he doesn't, he a damn ducker! Why can't Floyd choose where he fights? :rofl

Nobody has done worse, GTFO. He's 2x and current SWW champ, rated #1 contender, and won't even accept a 150 CW?

I hear what Sr is saying though. To let canelo come in at 170 plus against little floyd who is 36 years old is really giving canelo all the advantage in the world and floyd none.

Now with floyd new contract and with 5 more fights to go, does he need to fight Canelo at 154? Answer is no, he gets paid big either way.

So then why do people want to see this fight? Because of the huge size disadvantage. If Canelo was a natural 147 fighter no one would be raving about seeing this fight.

With all that said I could see why they would want the fight at 147, It canelo who is after the pay day not floyd.

The haters will say floyd said he wanted to fight cotto at his most comfortable weight. Well guess what floyd says a lot of things. Don't take everything he says as gospel. E.G "I'm fighting Alexander next" Then goes onto fight Guerrero.

I've said this many times, Pac's 8th, "SWW" title is as bogus as it gets. But I've also been saying for a while that Floyd's 5th belt at SWW is also a pig, just with a lot more lipstick. And that's been vindicated x10.

As for Cotto, I just showed you he induced Pac into offering 150, and then partially blamed weight when offered just that. And also blamed money, which shows you how credible these excuses are when you think about what he'd make vs Trout

I'm not even talking about his title... I'm talking about the fact that he fought at 150, said it was too high then tried to face Cotto at 150 not even 5 years later.. Why can't Floyd say 154 is too high after trying it twice, 5 years apart to the exact date?

No, he asked why they wouldn't even offer him 150 like they did Margarito. He didn't say he'd fight him at 150, just that he'd go no lower and it's unfair they want to bring him lower than Margarito. He never said I'll fight him if it's at 150, and if he did please show me because the link you posted didn't say that at all...

It doesn't really matter because Cotto did a catch weight with Margarito in the rematch. Cotto, who was apparently more comfortable at 154lbs couldn't rematch Margarito at that weight. Anything Cotto say about Pac and weights is just an excuse of not wanting to get in the ring with him again.

Probably because he felt cheated by Pac the first time.
