All I saw was GGG jab and counter a fighter who relies on his power, can't get past a jab, and has no boxing ability whatsoever.
Bumlovkin showed us once again that he's really good at knocking over TOMATO CANs. From this performance, I think we can conclude that his punching power is overrated. Ward beats the brakes off of him which is why they're avoiding Ward like the plague.
How many alts do you have Crisco Tit?? I think most people were very impressed with the big drama show last night. Great write up in yahoo sports calling GGG the "New King of Boxing". You should check it out. Try not to whack off to GGG too hard though, Have a nice victory Sunday....... TIT.
from everyone saying lemiuex had a glass jaw. when the only punch to the head that hurt him badly was when Lemeiux was on a knee. it's either lemieuxs chin was a bit better than people thought. or gggs punching power a bit worse.
I feel that he wasn't throwing everything into the shots because he was too wary of possible counters. On a weaker puncher I think he would have unloaded hard. Golovkin is good at overwhelming with strikes especially when he pushes opponents to the ropes. In this fight he didn't want to get too wild. There was one moment where he landed a hard shot but he didn't swarm as hard as he could have. He could have got David out of there earlier.
He didn't show anything last night. He beat the brakes off a stiff like we knew he would. Triple G has no chance against Ward. Literally zero.
No chance of making your savior appear Where was he last night, I saw no fight The son of god was a no show, as usual
To me GGG in this fight showed he can be a versatile boxer with a very effective jab. I am used to seeing GGG simply put on amazing displays of cutting off the ring and pressuring his opponents with hard punches. I don't see that in too many pressure fighters... the ability to switch it up and go from pressuring to boxing/countering. There were flashes of GGG doing some ring cutting though... it was just more.. subtle this time around........
In WHAT WORLD can a 170 max weight fighter be avoiding a 190lb max wieght fighter with a 3 1/2" hieght advantage as well as being one of the best fighters at any weight at any point in history. :huh:huh:huh
Why don't we just start the GGG is ducking Luiz Ortiz Sergey Kovalev and Artur Beterbiev while we're at it.atschatschatsch
He showed patience, great patience, great (improved?) shot selection. I thought it was a very dominant one-sided performance over a legitimately ranked middleweight and what we're seeing now is the backlash to his being absurdly overhyped pre-fight. For being handsome.
GGG destroys a fighter with his offense and haters say he has no defense. GGG destroys a fighter with his defense and haters say he has no power.
