What did Hopkins say to Pavlik just after the fight?

He wasn't saying that there are no slick white fighters, he's just saying that Pavlik isn't one of them.

Gotta be cruel to be kind sometimes.

 

Anyone know what was said between them at the weigh-in?

I think that was the first thing that took Pavlik by surprise.

 

Also mentioned him learning to "bend his ****in knees". I was shocked Hopkins was so nice to him after the fight. Really actually gave him some advice. I just don't think Pavlik is ever capable of "moving like a black fighter". You can't teach an old dog new tricks.
