Mundine doesn't have a great chin, there is no doubt about that.

But, i don't think there was any shame in going down to the punch that landed. What was a ****ing disgrace was the fact that it DID land. He was in there hooking with him with his right hand sitting around his waste, that is plain amateurish and i hope he felt very embarrassed about the KD because he needs to cut that sort of bull**** out.

To be calling yourself the best, the man, and get knocked down by a bum like that, and yes he is a bum, check out his fight log & the names on it before you start ranting on about his KO's & how big a puncher he is. To get knocked down hard by this bum speaks volumes why he won't step up & face the worlds best. He'd get knock the **** out against anyone of them. And if Green was world class he would have been able to do what Crazy the bum did, and he didn't even look like getting a KD. And the Dib decision topped it. Aussie boxing took a hard hit again last night if these are our Elite fighters.

So Kessler isn't world class by the that logic? Not really disputing most of what you said but that is a stupid statement.

Pretty tough calling Kim a bum after what he took last night, and the effort he gave.

Yeah but it also showed how not so hard mundine hits. I agree with ya, he hit him with everything but the kicthen sink & still couldn't drop him. Props to Kim, he is who is he is, and thats a tough fighter long way short of world class material which mundine constantly includes himself at. And its fact that kessler took an injury into his fight with mundine, he himself said he was only 60%, maybe that had more to so with him not being able to catch up to mundine that night who went through 3 pairs of boots from running so much. IMO mundine is on the down slide of a b grade career, everytime he stepped up, he came up short, even against an aged manny siaca. If he steps up & fights an elite fighter, he'l lose, no doubts in my mind at all. And Billy Dib can give up now, talk about a whole lot of prince naseem wannabe bull****.

Yeah I didn't mean to sound so harsh on Crazy Kim, he fought his guts out & probably to the best of his ability, all props to him, I apologise to him for dissing, he's not the one on trial here.

I know you are just stirring but you can apply all kinds of circular logic to boxing.

It does illustrate a problem that exists for Mundine. To win fights against the better guys, he is going to need to pressure a bit more. He only seems to have that aggressive go forward when the fighter is obviously of a lesser calibre. And in a couple of those contests he has been dropped.

    It's a bit of a catch 22, no?

The delayed reaction was incredible, he was literally knocked out while standing. As soon as his brain realised it sent him down which knocked himself back into consciouness :yep hence the fast recovery from the canvass

Imagine if crazy kim was maybe trained by a world class trainer i.e. johnny lewis, emmanuel steward etc.. and taught how to put his punchs together properly! i bet you Mundine would not fight him! STOP fighting nobody's Mundine!
