After he was trying to talk Floyd into retirement, and was dead asleep before Floyd even responded back:lol:

That was Roger way of saying he can't deal with a Floyd training camp anymore.......

All is well with them according to Jeff, hell Roger recently said he did some work with Floyd, he may not be training him 100% but he'll be in the fold somehow

Sr. isn't 100% either. Mayweather doesn't really care who's in the corner, just listen to the advice he gets when he's there. He knows what to do already, all his corner does is reassure.

His family is completely dysfunctional. Honestly I am surprised that Roger and Floyd have stayed working together for as long as they have without a falling out.

honestly i dont rate Sr as a trainer at all. Some of the **** he says before, during, and after the fight is downright idiotic. Roger on the other hand i do rate as a good trainer.

This just can't be a good decision.

This is from 2 weeks ago, it alludes to Guerrero over pricing and also says he worked with Floyd 4 days ago, so he's obvioulsly in the know and there is no beef; Roger can't keep up with the blood sweat and tears of a Floyd training camp at this point, people dont realize Roger had to keep himself in tip top shape to keep up with his nephew, if people watched the Mayweather Cotto 24/7 it's clear Roger has reached his breaking point.

Floyd aint trying to run his uncle into the ground, let Sr get the nod and maker that situation right while he still has the chance, Sr being a gym rat himself may be the only person that could push and challenge Floyd, thats what a fighter needs at this point of his career, when he truly has nothing else to prove

Sr had a beat on what Pacquaio does, had he had a smart fighter like JMM/Floyd and not Hatton they would have been able to expose the flaw he seen in Pacquaio, with the same move every time. Perople make fun of it , but was he wrong about Pacquaio and his bailout move??????????

SR might not be clear and concise with his words but he's a great trainer and knows what he talks about, there is a reason fighters leave Sr and suddenly look shitty, ODH could attest to that, it's just wih Sr you have to bust your ass and work ,work, work. Most fighters at the top aint willing to point in that work, and especially a Hatton who ballooned to 200 pounds between fights. It's a shame people dismiss Sr over the Hatton debacle.

Roger is ill and slowing down.

Why not give his father, am highly repsected trainer, who started him out, a shot?

I agree, Sr is a very good trainer. Had Hatton listened more (not just in the Pac fight) he would've been much better off.

Curious to see if we get to watch a faster looking Mayweather.

If Senior is doing the pad drills, then Floyd Jr will be working at a constant faster pace, and it may well alter his in ring speed.

    Then again, he is 36.

I thought about this as well :think

Roger's pad work is a constant 10+ minute long consecutive routine.

Sr. does his similar, but it's more in bursts and emphasizes speed

SR Pad work places heavy emphasis on the jab also, every combo, starts with the jab on his pad work:good

Something Floyd disregards completely, it's shocking considering how effective his jab is and how heavy handed his left hand is
