Kell Brook is the true british welterweight champion, and looks a **** hot prospect.

Ricky Burns is the most improved fighter of 2008.

Haye has a legitimate shot at becoming undisputed heavy weight champ.

Rhodes is ahead of Small, Pryce and Moore in getting a title shot.

    Lacy should retire.

Taylor wants no part of Calzaghe - "But I don't know about going to Wales. Maybe he should come back here."

Would be good if Hennessy won the purse bids - Taylor would either have to get his ass over here or look seriously stupid.

He had half an excuse the first time - money, comeback fight etc, but ducking someone twice when you are the mandatory is weak.

Hopefully Rhodes will get an eliminator early next year.

To win the purse bids Hennesey would need to no hes getting guarenteed cash from US TV. they will not show teh fight unless its at 3am, and ITV will not put the cash up if its not prime time.

I reckon it will be in the states, which to be fair is good for carl. if he goes to atlantic city and beats taylor, kessler or bute would become big fights.

I am less confident about Haye than I was before. Against Macc he looked elusive and able to slip shots from a guy with fast hands for a Cruiser.
He looked wild and wide open on Saturday and has almost no chance against Vitali.

The punchers chance against Wlad remains, but it is far more likely than he gets sparked himself, given that his chin is markedly worse than Wlads, he gives away height and reach, and seems determined to not bother with his very good jab or to ever actually tuck his chin in and hold a guard.

I believe haye's performance wasn't as great as it could have been, but i believe this is down to the immense pressure he put on himself, so he reverted back to his style in the early pro fights which was to go gung-ho on his opponent.

Now that he has Barrett out of the way and a fight lined up with Wlad i am sure there is a lot less pressure, i mean haye will be the underdog and in the past when he was the underdog for the Mormeck fight he put in a stellar performance

It doesn't really matter if Haye's an underdog. He has huge pressure on him regardless because he's been very bold with his predictions.

None of the Lightmiddles listed have a shot at a world title unless It's Verno Phillips. Moore's been poorly promoted otherwise he could of got a shot at the euro by now and thats his level. Rhodes Is probably going to get battered being drained the weight and Pryce gets pissed with Gav and goes on facebook more than the gym.

Haye was sloppy, relies too much on his right hand and waits to throw It(wonder If he has the stamina to do more) and moves around thinking he's that slick without defence.

Kell Brook Is a good counter puncher who will do decent at least. Talented fighter.

    Indeed !

Felt bad for McIntyre but fair play to Brook , he looks real good !

Haye was a bit wild but hard to not be like that , Barrett was all over the shop from the third round on.

Rhodes looked better than I've seen in along time , IMO Moore is better tho

    **** Yeah Lacy should retire

At least Taylor was honest

Stike With all due respect etc , how do you know his chin is " markedly worse than Wlads " Wlad gets bounced of the canvas all the time, where as Hayes only stoppage loss was due to blowing himself out.

Alright Wlad is fighting bigger guys but he spent the whole fight running away from Ibragimov for ****s sake. Haye got cracked on the jaw while sitting on his arse , if Wlad had taken one of those you could've tucked the ****er in for the night.
