    I was a little disappointed.

I've heard a lot about him and his amateur pedigree, but he didn't exactly have me jumping out of my seat last night.

He was being way too cute.

    Too much posing and posturing.

He kept pawing with his jab and stopping in the middle of punches.

He could've blown Noriega out of the water if he just let his hands go.

    1. Pro debut, bound to be a bit nervous.
    2. First fight for 2 years, carrying a lot of ring rust.
    3. Attempted to shape off that ring rust by getting a few rounds in.
    4. Looked tidy and professional, settled in well and picked his punches.
    5. Only got hit twice the whole fight.

Once he fights somebody of significance I will get a better read on him. He seems to have speed and strength, but anyone could've looked strong and fast against that guy. Eric Crumble might of had a chance.

judging on last night only Gamboa looks a lot better but since he had a lot of ring rust i'll let it slide and hold judgement until he's had about 10 fights. he's the got the hands held low problem that gamboa has though.

i was NOT impressed. He could have knocked that ******* out easily but he chose to posture and look like a ******.

Ive seen him box better, i guess his trainers want him to plant his feet more now and hit with more power but it makes him a stationary target there changing him for the worse.

He did what he was supposed to do against soft opposition. We'll get more clarify once he fights higher quality opponents.

His opponent was afraid of him from the get go. He didn't punch enough. Definately has tools, but didn't impress me. Too much standing around.
