This is an excellent assessment, and I agree, I think he is VERY wrong for Joyce. Im not saying I think he is a better overall fighter right now than Joyce or that he will have a better career. I think its too early to say for both but I certainly think he matches up very well with Joyce at this point, but if Joyce can handle DD's power and walk through it, I think he puts one on DD. They are both works in progress and have some serious flaws to iron out, but DD has much more time to improve. Id like to see DD really work on his head and upper body movement, I think that is a major flaw of his at this point, and as you said, id like to see him sharpen up and shorten his combinations which he will have a much easier time improving. I'm excited about both of them, HW could really turn out to be a very interesting and exciting division in the next few years. Cheers bud.

I think it must have been a great learning experience for him.

He looked rocked by a few punches. Its too early to call him chinny but certainly he was impressed by that one overhand right Lartey landed on him. Anyways, I hope Dubois learns from this and comes back a bit more composed next time around. Slugging it out is a risky proposition at HW.
