I am 5'11.
Depends on how big boned you are, are you built like Tyson or Robinson? etc.
My weight is 76 kg. So i am not that muscular. So i would say more like Robinson.
Ask your trainer
a hundred weight
Whatever weight is comfortable for you to get down to. You don't really get to decide the weight, your actually body weight decides that unless you want to dehydrate yourself and risk a brain injury or bulk up and get beat up by naturally bigger opponents.
lightweight in the gender ambigious division
Dont be a ***** ,risk being great and fight at heavyweight
Whatever you weigh
I'm also 5'11 & around 76 kg... but I'm muscular so the most I can reasonably cut down to without significant atrophy is probably 160. 2 years ago I could make 147 when dehyrdrated after 2 months of high cardio/caloric deficit.
How much fat/water weight are you carrying?
Depends on ur weight? How much do u weight?
