Some here have a problem with his schooling of Naz, so they now bring argument of judges and ****, no one in the world had Naz in front after the last bell, it was clear MAB beat him and outclassed him.

When marco came to manchester to fight khan, the reception he got tells you all you need to know about how us english respect him. There was over a thousand at the weigh in, majority cheerin on marco!!! Amazing considering Amir is from like ten miles down the road.
In the M.E.N. Arena on fight nihgt, again majoirty were there to see the mexican legend, even though we suspected he was past his best , true warrior.

The Brits love him. Did you see the reception he got when he fought Khan?

Why should we hate him? I'm a boxing fan first and foremost and he's one of my favourite ever fighters. He gave The Prince a boxing lesson.

Never heard anything like that, ever. Who are these people who complain about the judges? Or is this just another lie people bring up on this forum to dislike Hamed?

Barrera was an awesome fighter. I don't hold anything against him for beating Naseem. I'm glad he did.

He's a legend, we love & respect all Mexican fighters, similar mentality too us but mexican fighters are a BRAND all of their own & out of the fab 3 i've always been for JMM/Eric the MAB but it's a **** hair seperation. You want to be known as a great champ & warrior then the test is yer got to beat the resident Mex champ, simple as.

I dont recall anyone liking Hamed when he was active. I was (and still am) a big Barrera fan and was rooting for him to beat Hamed. I watched the fight with a friend who also was a Barrera fan and didnt like Hamed.

I was pleased for Barrera he was expected to lose and proved everyone wrong.

As for Hamed, I never liked him but now hes retired and I look back at his career, I realise he was very good in his prime (around 23-24) and think that he did alot in a short career in winning the WBO WBC IBF FW titles and beating the WBA champ (no belt), as well as beating several top FWs

Relevant and correct.Unfortunately some younger Khan fans think it was some sort of coronation.
Respect also to the person who said about prime Barrera being in different league too.:good
