that they don't wanna throw any punches? extreme fatigue? weakness?

I see a pattern of all of the drained fighters just standing there not throwing any punches and fighting without any urgency to win

    If you're seriously drained,you'll feel weak,and fatigued.

In the modern era of S+C coaches and professional nutritionists working hand in hand with fighters, it really shouldnt happen.

You can even get hooked up to an IV right after the weigh in to safely rehydrate you and replenish any lose vitamins etc.

Lots of times, the "drained" argument is overdone, especially when its someones favorite fighter that gets beaten because of it.
