    Briggs was rated the 5th best HW in the world only a few years back, which is higher than Godfrey was rated at any time that Wills was a contender.

    He said Briggs is challenging Klitschko's presently. Correct me if I am wrong, but Briggs, currently, is not rated anywhere in the top 30.

    What Shannon Briggs did in 2007-2008 is irrelevant to his rating currently.

    Tunney did offer a match with a past his prime Wills. Wills refused. In the topic of Wills, his management said no thanks to 8 offers from Godfrey's manager.
