What do jcc jr., calzaghe, and edwin valero have in common?

I've already said Joe's technique is awful and his punches are now weak because of his brittle hands and therefore lack of technique.

Don't try and make out that I nuthug Calzaghe like you clearly do with Pavlik.

Now, do you have anything legitimate to say on exactly how and why Pavlik KO's Joe? And a prediction on Pavlik-Hopkins and a Pavlik-Abraham fight?

If you think that Calzaghe lacks natural strength you are truly mistaken. Did you see the Eubank fight?

When he punches with correct technique and puts his body weight behind it, he does have power. Unfortunately he cannot do this anymore because of his brittle hands.

 

i assume you're basing your opinions of Calzaghe on the Manfredo and Hopkins fights??

both of which were when he was 35+

so that means we dont know how good Pavlik is for another 10 years!!!

Kelly is a superb puncher. If grandpa b-hop made your boy joe sit with his lady butt, can you imagine what damage would kelly inflict on joe's chin?
All kelly has to do is do the 1-2. Or keep doing the jab and rely on his timing to drop the bomb. That's what he did repetetively on jt. Jt solved that on the early going, but kelly's machine like persistance made him win with a ko..
I would give more props on kelly coz he is all natural. He doe'snt need a boxer's manual to win, he only needs to rely on his heart, ability to recover, and most especially his raw power to ko opponents.
I know i am making it hard for you guys. knowing that you are obviously joe nut huggers, but as far as i am concerned, the bottomline here is joe fighting at his homeland all those years would'nt have me impressed. Neither am i impressed in him fighting roy. Roy is done, i pity him being cherry picked.:-(

You can't beat Calzaghe with just a jab followed by a straight right, how is a 1-2 gonna destroy Calzaghe???

Kessler tried that, didnt work, tried the uppercuts which buzzed Joe, but Kessler is faster than Pavlik....after that Calzaghe danced around the ring jabbing and coming in occasionally to score and getting out again......

 

abraham has a better chin than pavlik and equal KO power so if anything its a 50-50 fight at the very least

You think Abraham, with his granite chin and tight defensive guard, is going to get stopped aswell?

Hopkins UD Pavlik. The best Pavlik hope for is a decision by outworking him, because Hopkins is going to make him look silly.

Abraham KO Pavlik. More powerful, better defense, better chin, better understanding of range.

A flash knockdown in round 1 from a counter punching fox like Hopkins doesn't mean Pavlik will be able to land any bombs on Calzaghe in the slightest

Pavlik has been down almost if not the same amount of times already as Calzaghe has in over 10 years of professional boxing

Hopkins weighed around 190 by the time of the Calzaghe fight so his punches were bound to be felt by Calzaghe...
