But the point is, you don't train a chin.

That's not true. Look at David Tua, Ko'd in the amateurs, iron chin as a pro.

Looked to me like Joshua recovered from the KD quite well.
Of course the ref giving him a 20-count helped

Anyway, I think Joshua's chin might be good, might be bad. He's got plenty of weaknesses to work on.

It's very true, and one of the most well known, old, and true boxing mottos.
"You can't train a chin", or in the funnier version, "You can't grow muscles on a chin"

We don't know much. We have one grainy clip from years ago. Could be good, could be bad, could be somewhere in the middle. Despite the lack of evidence it doesn't stop a thread a week full of haters and fanboys!

The stoppage loss to Nistor in the European championships is more worrying than him going down against Whyte. He's improved an awful lot since then and his chin held up OK against big hitters like Cammarelle, Savon, and Magomedrasul the later of whom carries savage power in his fists. And they all clipped him too. That was with headgear and big gloves though and we saw what happened when Dychko and Cammarelle fought rematches against Magomedrasul minus headgear. He dropped Cammarelle which he couldn't do when they fought before and he sparked Dychko in brutal fashion in their rematch without it on.

I think Joshua's chin is solid though. Time will tell if he has any weakness in that department.

In fairness they were 2 decent shots. with heavyweight power they could take alot of por's out let alone amatuers. i cant see whyte even landing those 2 on him again. i would favour joshua now. the fight looked very s****py, typical amatuer fight really.
