He hits pretty ****in hard, and he uses it intelligently and not as a crutch. He outboxed Cuenca twice, and that ain't too bad.
We know he got outfought & outsmarted for long stretches (and nearly put away) by featherfisted Claudinei Lacerda. Haven't forgotten about that (and doubt his new bandwagon fans even knew about that fight in the first place). Looked pretty bad against Shak as well. Has fought exactly one guy near world class and had El Distinto's # in terms of styles and physical attributes. Jury is definitely still out.
