What do you all think of Max Kellerman??

    Never seen the problem with him, always liked him. Only person I don't really like is Roy Jones or when the others lick up to him. Watching older fights George Foreman is ****ing hilarious talks some ****, seemed to disagree with the others for the sake of it.

    I think he's a very good commentator. Some moments he's dropped the ball, for example the Mayweather/Mosley altercation after the Marquez fight. That could have been great publicity had he not held on to the mic. But I guess he was trying to get control of the situation before it escalated.

    He's knowledgeable, respectful to the fighters unlike Merchant (Who I also like) without kissing ass for the most part. He voices alot of thoughts on ESB such as Mayweather cherry picking or Pacquiao's catchweights.

    I prefer Kellerman to do the interviews over Merchant though.

    I would hope a commentator would have some lines written before the fight and not do it completely on the fly.....

    About Jones, back in the day Jones was seen as superman and he probably grew up idolizing him so I can understand. It's not everyday you get to work next to your heroes.

    He is not entertaining or funny at all, and he has almost no insight. He talks a lot about if a boxer is showing himself to be special or not. You can't really do much worse then him from what I have seen.

    unqualified hack who is where he is because of his daddy's connections. Bungles interviews all the time throws softball questions to his favorite fighters that he nuthugs. HBO should replace him with Brian Kenny.

    Have no problem whatsoever with him. He does have bug eyes and talks loud and slow when trying to make a point but hes a very good commentator.

    He's regressed as a commentator. He does ask the right questions after fights. He has become disagreeable even when he doesn't have to be.
