What do you all think of Roger Mayweather?

Had balls in his fighting days(Whitaker,JC Chavez x2, Pazienza). Knows his stuff about boxing so I don't mind him as a trainer either. The smartest thing I remember him saying was in the De La Hoya fight when he told Floyd,"Don't get on the ropes! It makes it look like he's landing."

I understand people having their doubts about his ability as a trainer because he has an exceptional product of talent, work ethic and upbrininging in Floyd.

But if you hear the advice he gives Floyd in training and the fact he has won two world title shimself the guy knows his stuff. He traininga great boxer who also happens to be his nephew and gets paid well to do it. How many of you would be training other boxers on the side.

He's got heart though trying to get back up because he got tagged clean there. Maybe he should have listened to Floyd Snr more and focused more on defence, lol.

He's an *******, plain and simple. As a trainer I don't know, haven't seen him with anyone apart from Floyd but he seems to know his ****. He can be a funny mother****er in an arrogant, ******* type way but still, it's no fair to compare him to Floyd sr who whoops his ass when it comes to comedy. Floyd sr is also a ***** but he's a comedy genius.

hahaha, that quote is great...Yeah i met him in vegas for the floyd marquez fight in the lobby of the mgm and all's he was doing was quizzing people about boxing, he literally stood in the lobby for 4 hours just talking boxing with anyone, not saying that makes him a great trainer which i believe he is, just interesting..Even though he doesnt speak well boxing is all he knows and he knows a shitload
