What does Joshua do next?

  1. Fight Usyk as soon as possible

    21.5%
  2. Try to get the winner of Wilder/Fury

    9.2%
  3. Take a couple of winnable tune-ups, maybe after changing style and.or trainer.

    24.6%
  4. Rubber match Ruiz

    4.6%
  5. Take some time off, enjoy life, and come back with the batteries recharged

    10.8%
  6. Retire. Either because he won't beat Usyk or Fury. Or because he has nothing left to prove.

    9.2%
  7. Ride the wind...just see what is on front of him and go from there

    10.8%
  8. Other (please specify)

    9.2%

From a legacy point of view; the belts aren't coming back, he should retire, it's all downhill from here otherwise.

From a money point of view; AJ would be a bricklayer if it wasn't for Boxing, so maybe he should keep it up, so long as Eddie H will take his calls.

I wanna see him fight the loser of Fury v Wilder. Or I wanna see him rematch Whyte, that'd probably be a "the loser retires" type fight. AJ vs Whyte 2 would be a big seller imo, and I have a genuine interest in that fight as I believe Whyte has improved more than AJ has since their first fight...which does sound silly at first but take into account Whytes lack of composure and boxing skills back then.

Switch up his team and have some tune ups to adjust.

I think retiral is a bit premature tbh:-

    • Joshua is still only 30 - time is on his side
    • There are other routes to getting a belt again
    • Joshu vs Wilder would still do good money regardless if they are fighting for the wooden spoon
    • I think AJ has a better chance against Fury than Usyk rematch

Went for fight Usyk asap. Just think that's the way he will go.

To get his belts back and the biggest financial return, outside of Fury and possibly Wilder.

Can't see him fighting a lower ranked contender for no belts and less money.
