Best thing is to stay relaxed and maybe listen to your favorite music. Go to a corner in the locker room and stay away from everybody until is time to warm up. Make sure you get a good sweat prior to coming out and be ready to fight. I always reminded myself that it was a fight not a basketball game or any other sport.
