Easy, what do you drink while you are in training? I drink a few things while training. Tea, Water, and Gatorade. The only time I ever drink Gatorade is at the gym once in a blue moon. When I'm working out all I drink is water, and while I'm at home I try to balance it 50/50 between water and tea. I see nothing wrong with drinking tea.
Do you mean at the gym; or just in general? At the gym, just water. In general, I drink water and juice and if I go out to eat, soda.
At home I drink milk, fruit juices, smoothies and tea. And ofcourse beer when I go to the pub. edit- besides the obvious water.
Water (I drink on average almost a gallon a day), Milk, occasionally juice. Haven't drank soda of any kind in almost 10 years now.
Just water pretty much. That's the only thing I drink when I'm not training too besides an occaisonal lemonade when I go out to eat.
