I don't drink anything during training. It's bad to drink during training, atleast for me.

I don't drink water during training, I'd get nasty stomach cramps most the time if i did. I rehydrate afterwards, and nothing bad has ever happened to me. I can go an hour or two without water.

I drink shitloads of coffee otherwise, maybe tea, lots of milk and juice.

Jesus you really are a ****ing robot. I never had dizzyness, fatigue, cramps and I never passed out. I think you are "oversciencing" a little. Like Amy said, you need to show up fully hydrated. Then afterwards you can rehydrate. Notice the "re" in rehydrate?

Simmer down there bud. I drink plenty of water and I work plenty hard at the gym, so I'm well aware of what it's like to sweat a lot.

I drink at least 40oz of water throughout the day before going to the gym, then another 32+oz during the two hours I'm working out.

I don't buy all that gatorade crap. I eat healthy and drink enough water. I think I'll be just fine.

I would never advocate heading to the gym with out being fully hydrated beforehand.

Uh yeah, if you are dizzy and passing out from a 90 minute workout, you have bigger problems than just being thirsty.

I hope you're not thinking you can just drink some water and be ok! If you don't down a gallon of gatorade after each workout you'll shrivel up and die.
