Is Wlad going to let his hands go and go for the KO? or is he going to play it safe and try outbox joshua by decision?

    How its going to go?

He will sit there and set traps for AJ and try to counter him when AJ tries to load up his right hand.

He will paw , hug and grope. Then will try to catch an unsuspecting AJ with a left hook. Keep is mind occupied with hugging so he doesn't expect a big bomb to be snuck in.
    That will be Wlads gameplan.

Wlad doesn't really clinch bigger guys. What Wlad fight vs. 6.5"+ guys had excessive clinching? I have trouble recalling one.

I disagree. The hugging was really bad in fights against smaller opponents, such as Mormeck or Povetkin. Not against taller guys.

Frustrated AJ with counters and then unload in the 8th and try to end this prior to the 10th

He was deducted points for excessive grappling against Haye and Jennings as well. He clinches and fouls everybody.

Well, he's never been disqualified yet for it so there's no reason for him to stop if he can get away with it.

Mate, lets keep it fact based ok? He was deducted points vs. Haye because Haye flopped to the floor. Not because Wlad was clinching or pushing him.

Wlad was deducted a point. Then Haye was later ruled to be knocked down for flopping to the floor for no reason. So it went both ways.

In the Jennings fight check Wlad's fighting AFTER the point deduction. He actually loosened up a bit and avoided clinches instead of accepting Jennings "rush in with the head" clinches.

Clinching a guy like AJ is not necessary. AJ doesn't run into Wlad, AJ likes to box from the outside.
