Naw, this is the kind of fight that's happening for a specific reason. Stepping stone for Canelo. Mosley's chances are slim.

Odds are slim. If canelo get into that kind of exchange he mite do it but he will have a chin check.

Chances are very high if Mosley actually tries to fight. If he employs the Pac strategy and runs then he probably goes 12 but I think tastes the canvas a few times.

Canelo has some really heavy shots and even though Pac is faster his punches do not carry as much weight behind them.

The entire point of this fight is to see if Canelo can be the first to stop Mosley. I am expecting a ref or corner stoppage around the 10th. Mosley stays on his feet and holds onto some pride, but Canelo gets the TKO win.

    De acuerdo....

Actually, I think Mosley will try to fight.....because he won´t be afraid to do it against Alvarez like he was against Pac......
And Canelo is a slow starter......so Mosley will try to fight and will get tagged IMO......

Mosley can´t throw combinations anymore.....I was shocked when he tried combinations against Floyd and Manny.....he looked like a my grandpa doing it...

If someone doesn't stop Canelo now, at this rate he's gonna surpass 43-0 and become the GOAT:scaredas:

We know that Mosley's a diminished, older fighter. Lowered punch resistance to the head. I dont think he's gonna run from Canelo, since he should feel he could better anticipate his punches than Pacquiao's.

He might have more confidence opening up because of the lower punching speed. And then he may get caught too by a big punch.
One thing almost unique about Alvarez is his punching combos - they have their unique styles and dont follow the classic lines. His 4-7 punch bursts have a habit of landing high and low, and at different angles with different punch positions. This always ensures a few punches to break through the guard and get around the guard. This is displayed on every slow-mo... One of those bursts may catch Mosley really hard.

Good point. I believe Mosley's tailor made for this to happen, if Cotto really puts alot of offensive pressure and tries to close out in the latter 1/2 of the fight. He places his punches very well and even a weakened, clammed up fighter could get waved off....

Mosley is getting older, and has been unimpressive in his last several fights. He is milking it, and putting himself at risk. As much as I like him as a fighter, he peaked when he was juicing so we'll never really know how good he actually was. Canelo has a chance of stopping him, providing he picks up the pace.

Everyone technically has a chance to knock anyone out.......that
being said Canelo has a very, very slim chance. My god people old
or not please respect Mosley's chin, I think he deserves that consideration.
    It is proven

The kid needs to focus on winning in any way possible. If he focuses too much on a ko he might get ko'd himself.
