He hasn't posted since looking like a fool in a long drawn out thread of ***gotry and forum politics in Le General
It was when he "called out" several big hitters, myself, Amsterdam, and DanePugilist Funniest thread in ages
I'm winding you up. But he did "call us out", rambled a bit, and generally made a **** of himself I think he exposed himself as a hypocrit, rather than just stupid, which is always worse. At least you know what you are getting with the stupid ones, they are consistent Decebel likes to project certain e-personas depending on his period.
It's a bit like going to America for your holidays. It's good for a while, but the humour isn't the same. There's no subtlety to the way they throw the abuse around. When things get "lively" on the British forum, it's at least done with a certain British dignity.
to be fair i have agreed and disagreed with decebal on a few occasions. but at least he aint a blind khan nuthugger like rob....... the americans dont do sarcasm, remember oscars face at the hatton mayweather weigh in anyone
They sometimes try, but they have to make it really obvious, like in a dopey Homer Simpson kind of way.
I don't get all the Khan bashing. Obvioulsly hes made some complete dumbass comments eg. "1.5% body fat", "I can beat Pacquaio" and "world class fighters like Michael Gomez" spring to mind but the dudes only 21. Hes already a fantastic fighter at this young age and he can go very far IMO. I'm more pissed of at Warren for not giving him a lightweight to fight.
Yes Khan is certainly a prospect but he needs to be fully tested by a ranked opponent who boxes in the correct weight division. Frank is certainly milking this particular cash cow for all it is worth. Maybe Frank knows something we don't about Khan....could he have a glass jaw??
What do I think of Khan? Seems to be very good offensively, suspect chin. Needs to step up the class a bit and fight men his own size who can bang a bit before we'll know whether he is the real deal. Will probably win a title or 2 but I suspect his chin will stop him from being elite, though that might well improve as he fills out.
I like him, though he has said some silly things occasionally I put that down to the fact he's still a kid. Generally I think he's got his head screwed on straight and is a 'good bloke'. In-ring, I think he's got almost all the tools to be a champ but the chin (and the defence to cover it) remains a worry. He's got very fast hands and has matured with the way he throws shots; he used to be a bit scattergun, now he picks them better. His power is fairly good and will continue to get better and better as he gets older and stronger. I've also been consistantly irritated by this silly rush to beat Hamad's record as Britain's youngest champ. I'm so glad that's due to expire very soon, because I think it's been a detriment to his development. What I'd like to see him do is spend a year, year-and-a-half fighting at the UK and Euro level. That extra time seasoning would be invaluable for his career. His offense is fine, it's his defence and experience at pro level that needs to be worked on. Overall, I'd say I'm a Khan backer.
most of the criticism against khan arises from his own bravado he makes comments like ''I'd beat Manny pacquio'' and ''there not on my level'' he hasnt fought nobody so far to warrant that kind of trash talk
