what do you guys think of the teddy atlas work out progam from everlast?

    I love Teddy so anything I'll pay attention to anything he does, actually reading his book Atlas right now I remember him talking about Cus's system...

    Teddy's system looks like it would provide discipline and solid fundamental knowledge for a lot of guys. The CD itself sounded decent, and I really liked all insightful comments that are true to Teddy's form (not much a fan of the background music but whatever).

    I do wish they sold the system a la carte, and maybe made a reusable plastic graphic that one could put on any existing heavybag. If I had the space to set one up I'd probably buy the uppercut bag, but I don't, so I'm stuck not investing in one for now

    Yeah, can't say I've used many audio guides such as this... have to wonder what the replay value is like, especially since it's something that's to be played in a linear fashion and can't be shuffled/randomized

    Don't think I could listen to crazy teddy for a couple hours on end... Can anyone tell me how he got that giant scar on the side of his head btw? I can't stop looking at it every time I see him and I have no idea as to how it's there.
