What do you hate most about Mayweather?

I wouldn't say I hate anything about Mayweather. I think people take all this hype stuff to seriously its all BS/ mind games,

everyones having a go!

I read that Roger Mayweather was banging on about Hattons dirty tactics again the other day = That will put pressure on the Ref to make it a clean fight

Hatton was going on about Floyds a powder puff puncher = This could be used to maybe lure in floyd to trade (a little more than usual/ make a statement)

I agree Hatton does come across very well grounded and Floyd does come across really arrogant but do any of u actually know these 2 guys?......

I agree Floyd is very disrespectful to his opponents...but thats just words, the man is training like a machine for hatton.

I like floyd as a boxer because of his skills..he is one of the elite boxers of all times.his speed in footwork and fast hands is uncomparable even to ali considering his lighter weight..BUT I HATE HIM WHEN HE BRAGGED ABOUT HIMSELF AND OFFENDED HIS OPPONENTS.IT IS BETTER FOR HIM TO SMILE AND TALK HUMBLY (AS COTTO)SO MANY MORE FANS WILL LOVE HIM.JUST LEAVE THESE BRAGGING MEMORY TO MHD. I don't hate anything about him AT ALL.

Sure, he can act in a very annoying and seemingly shallow way, he is an ego-maniac with narcissistic tendencies and self-control issues and I dislike him for that, but he is a very good father, he takes care of a lot of people financially (all his team and hangers on), he gives A LOT of money to charity and he tips everyone $100 - from what I've heard. So there you go! Did I mention he was good for boxing?

You can't say the man's a wife beater unless you know the whole story , for one the woman in question admitted she lied that floyd hit her due to jealous reasons , because he had left her for another woman.. Now to my understanding that was a court documented confession by the supposed victim (Josie Harris)

Now what Im seeing on this forum is a lot of hype and myth about a man thats just unfounded regardless of the circumstances.

All we truly know about floyd mayweather is that he is a boxing Celebrity, and like all celebrity there's is a price for that status. when your rich celebrity , your open for these type of allegation and court litigation it comes with the territory, but as far as I know he has not shot, killed , raped , stolen , slept with a minor , deal or do drugs,taken steroids,killed dog or cats, or even had a traffic violation, been in any illegal dog fighting, or been in any 2 girls and one cup videos, so why the big fuss , what is Floyd's crime against Humanity :huh ??

floyd has not done 1/3 as much as some fighters that are worshipped as god on this form, but yet I see poster making up reason to hate to hate him , which is fine by me, what ever floats your boat , picture him dead over and done with ,if that make you feel better but don't put the man in category that is not fitting
, that like say Ricky Hatton is a racist based on some of his social associates and the color of his skin.

In short if you don't like the man then fine but let not try dig into his past of what he supposedly done when there are so many out there that have done so much worse .

 

I don't hate the man ..He just acts like a spoiled loud mouth brat!! But aside from that I respect the mans skills ..

With this upcoming victory over Hatton...Mayweather will have defeated the two fighters I hate the most...back to back.

He will ALSO be winning me a few thousand dollars. Man I shoulda bet on that DLH fight...but I was too worried about Pro-Oscar judging...

This being said...late Saturday night/early Sunday morning...after it's over...I just might have to make Floyd Mayweather my favorite fighter on principle alone.

For those who hate fighters....here's some advice...you need to learn how to hate properly and effectively...without bias...it all begins with your hate being justified.

You have to have a good reason(s) in order to be taken seriously...

This means you have to hate "the boxer" and not "the man"...Floyd is way too easy to hate on...with his persona. Some like to go with the "running" angle...but that's an incorrect label. Some like to say he ducked that Alfonso Ribeiro guy...what's his name...the guy who lost to Santos and made Cintron cry....but that **** don't fly....

People are actually beginning to root for Floyd because he's being mass hated on in this inefficient manner...it makes fans wanna go against the grain...as in..."Hating Mayweather is passe."

Remember...we're talking about boxers here...guys who fight for a living...they're not potential friends or dates....what these guys do or say outside the ring should be irrelevant to how they are perceived between the ropes.

 

I hate how he's always breathing all the time. I sure wish he would cut that out.

 

Your telling people to hate prorperly but I ask you what makes u hate Hatton and Oscar ??Kind of contradictary if you ask me !
