Robberies and the best not fighting the best. Both of which could be solved by ONE, SINGLE, GLOBAL CHAMPIONSHIP belt per weight division. The ONE, SINGLE, GLOBAL ORGANISATION that controls the championship is not corrupt and has clear rules it applies to all in the same manner. Imagine 1 belt per division, with a clear and transparent process where each fighter has to face the best or get dropped down the rankings. To solve robberies, you could have 6 judges introduced immediately and then eliminate the 3 judges scorecards that are furthest away from the median average, in order to determine the most accurate 3 scorecards. So in a fight that is 114-112 to Mr Smith according to the median average, you eliminate the judges socrecards that are 115-112 & 116-111 to his opponent, you eliminate the scorecard that is 118-111 to Mr Smith. You retain the 3 other scorecards.
Robberies. At least they do something against fouling, ped use and such, but the blatant robberies keep on happening without anyone doing anyrhing about it.
Robberies for me without a doubt. These guys fight around twice a year, training is brutal and they put their bodies through it, they make so many life sacrifices during training by giving up everything they love like family and food and all the rest. All so they can have a fight. And they have that fight, work so hard and win that fight and then the victory is taken away from them, the glory is taken away from them, a world title could be taken away from them and all because some people who have never laced up a glove at some point have decided who they want to win the fight regardless of what happens because it suits them better that way. Not all robberies are due to corruption, i can imagine how a weak judge can be swayed by the noise and the occasion. But sometimes you just know. CANELO GGG. Without a doubt a corruption led robbery. Wilder Fury?? Im not so sure. If this would of been multiple choice i would of also ticked the EARLY STOPPAGES as that can be used as another form of robbery. Although early stoppages is a tougher one to call as the ref has a number of responsibilities and the health of the fighters is one of them.
