As a fan of boxing, I'd find it more satisfying to see him knock out Chavez. Being a fan of his, it would be nice to see him get the huge (well-earned) payday that a Mayweather or Pacquiao would net...but as a fan of boxing I don't really want either match-up. Neither of those guys should ever appear at middleweight, and I don't think Sergio is going to drop down in weight at 37/38+
beating the hell out of Chavez jr would be great....don't see how fighting Mayweather helps his legacy much. It's all risk for Sergio, on paper he should beat the smaller Mayweather but proly wouldn't and his legacy will suffer losing to a smaller guy.
Id like to see him **** Chavez up and end the hype train but no way does Arum risk his cash cow, especially this early Chavez will get fed fighters like Murray, Lee, Vera and hell even Mora! Arum already has Margarito and wouldnt surprise me to see Cintron or Williams in with him Nothing would please me more than seeing Martinez win MW supremacy back from the little toe rag that got given the belt practically
