Well, there was a rumour that he was slathered in Vaseline clogging his pores which dehydrated him because he could not sweat, but I just think he outpunched himself. He went to shoot his shot but if I remember correctly was this his first fight with Emmanuel steward in his corner?? The reason I ask is because he was trying to do too much stuff like moves Lennox Lewis would do, which left him drained. Visibly he went for the ko but couldn't close the show because of fatigue. Fighters always have an excuse for a terrible performance which gives allowance to the petroleum jelly conspiracy. Plus Brewster was a man on a mission that night. He couldn't be stopped because of the passing of his loved one, his mother I believe it was. He used that motivation like Buster Douglas against Mike Tyson in Tokyo in the early 90's. There is a saying "today is a good day to die" and Brewster wasn't going nowhere, like he said "with God on my side, no man can be against me". Good win for Brewster, made him pick up a nice payday.
