I normally have a large bowl of Sugar Puffs (with two heaped tablespoons of sugar), a box of micro chips (with salt & vinegar) and a large glass of Pepsi.
Last nights left over donner meat for protein 6 x French toast (thick white bread) for carbs 2 x wham bars for energy boost for morning road work A pint can of White Lightning cider for hydration and vitamins from apples Seriously though, if being healthy I'll have porridge/weetabix and fruit. Sometimes whole meal bread with banana and peanut butter/poached eggs. On my cheat day I'll have loads of toast, beans and scrambled egg. Maybe some Frosties
