Pretty good for conditioning I do similar work outs- you need to think about your goal though. 'Bulking' or endurance- or both?
You shouldn't be putting much weight on that bar if your goal is boxing endurance. Three times a week with some weight on would bulk you up no problem,although to do it with real weight means those exercises should be done on alternate/split days.
just do ticep push ups in between every rounds and 3 sets of wide and close grip chin up\ pull ups. Its all you need to do. tabata squats as fast as you can and 200 sit ups every time you train. this is enough for conditioning. This is what i do and i feel stong.
I prefer endurance over bulking up, for endurance do you think that i need to do these daily or each 2 days or something similar??
If it's for endurance,you should do high reps or 30 second sets with low weights. If it's for bulking up,you should split it into upper and lower body with some more excercises and get some weight on.I can do a bit more tomorrow if you want?:good
