    For me it's

1.arturo gatti (just a brutal beat down)
2.diego corrales (knocks down the number one in the division 5x on route to tko)
3.canelo Alvarez (picked apart round by round and exposed)
    4.juan Manuel Marquez(schools pacquiaos daddy)
5.shane Mosley( almost gets his head knocked off and comes back and walks down the heavy hitter and punishes him)

I agree with your list. I would have to throw in the Genaro Hernandez fight as well.

Yea I was struggling between genaro Hernandez and Mosley but the punishment he gave to Mosley for catching him was too much

    Genaro
    Corrales
    Marquez
    Alvarez
    Hatton
    Mosley

It's essentially a list of his best victories with the exceptions of the Oscar, Cotto, and Castillo fights as they were probably the 4 closest of his career, although convincing wins, and he didn't do quite as well as some expected in those fights mainly against Cotto at the time or especially now with trolls and the Castillo fights despite Castillo being the best LW of the whole decade.

If caliber of opponent doesn't factor in as much and if "entertainment" or "offensive display" are heavily valued, then these fights too:
    Gatti/Chavez/Ndou

I don't know how people can think Canelo is one of Floyd's top wins...I really can't. It doesn't even fall in as a top 10 win for him.
