heavily drained = 1lb less than his weight for Trout. /shrug
    almost lost...9-3 or 8-4 isn't "almost lost"

Floyd is nitpicked to hell and back lol.

floyd mayweather is a highly skilled fighter and even smarter businessman/cherry picker the only impressive prime for prime victory against a live opponent is against corrales.

floyd couldn't cherry pick in the olympics which is why he won a bronze medal.

gatti b level fighter tailor made for floyd.

corrales great win most impressive performance of floyds career

alvarez green and weight drained not to mention one of the worst game plans of all time against floyd.

marquez floyd bloated him up to a weight he had never fought at and then had the audacity to come in over.

shane mosely a shadow of his former self would have ko'd floyd in his prime.

just rewatched the manfredy fight, manfredy actually had some success and it was a terrible stoppage. eventually floyd would have taken over that fight and won fair and square but angel was catching him often and clean in floyds prime.

it looks to me that floyd was always getting caught with shots in his lower weight class days, i watched chavez which was neck in neck, augustus which was a war and castillo. People always say he was unbeatable back then and thats where he showed he was an atg but this last we wile he has probably been more dominant and against tougher fighters a lot of the time.

Who are these so-called fast fighters Floyd didn't fight, other than Pacquiao and Khan?

With 2/3 fight's left I currently have it
    in terms of Legacy
1.Hoya(towards his end but #1 SWW Champ off a good KO win)
2.Castillo I(best LW of the decade, imo fight II was closer Lineal LW champ)
3.Alvarez(Prime unbeaten Champ ties record for most Lineal Titles #1SWW cw sucks tho)
    4.Corrales(Unbeaten P4P Champ, dominant victory)
5.Baldomir(Undisputed WW Champ on a 8 year unbeaten run complete wipeout)

    in terms of excitement
    1.Gatti(Destruction at it's finest)
2.Chavez(underrated war over a future 2 time LW Champ)
3.Corrales(5 kd's over the feared beast, master class)
4.Maidana I(imo his closest fight, great action back and forth)
5.Augustus(good fight, another give and take til the stoppages

hopefully we get 48.M.Pacquaio(WBO WW Title), 49.Cotto-Canelo winner(Lineal MW Title), 50.Khan-Brook winner(IBF WW Title)
to add to the debate in that order

    Alvarez
-Bigger, younger, undefeated, top guy in the division for once. more impressed with the way he totally outclassed him. Too much too soon for Alvarez but Floyd shut him down completely and had him backing down.
    Castillo II
-Impressive comeback after losing the first fight. Impressive show of adaptability, if not in the ring then at least in the post/pre-fight gameplanning.
    Maidana II
-Impressive comeback after a weak showing in the first fight. Always good to see how he adjusts, even if it was much more boring.
    Hatton
-Little help from Cortez, but Hatton was underrated and Floyd out-roughed him and beat him down. I was impressed.
    Corrales
-Overrated win against an overrated, drained fighter with no good wins before and few after. Still total domination and hugely outclassed the guy.

    Honorable Mention:
    JMM
Yes he was cheated on the scales, but it didn't look like it would ever make much of a difference. It was total outclassing in there and I think it's become more impressive in recent years.

    Dishonorable Mention:
-DLH, Cotto, and Mosley were shot.
-Genaro, Baldomir, Judah, Guerrero, and Ortiz were never very good.
-Gatti, Burton, and a lot of the others were glorified journeymen.

It shows for a shocking resume.

Gatti was the best win, Corrales was a good win against a fighter who had a nothing resume himself.
Hatton was garbage anyway and in a weight class he had no right being in.
Alvarez? the Mexican midget who plods forward throwing slow telegraphed punches in spurts because of his horrific stamina who went life and death with Cotto's relative and then lost to Trout?

ODLH arguably won and Castillo definitely won, the 2nd fight was a very good closely contested avenged win, so you can count that up there.

Mar*****z the statue version who came in from 2 weight divisions looking more unfit than Naseem Hamed does now, the same Mar*****z who not only carried blubber but decided it would be a good pay day to just sit tight and take punches.

It's a garbage manufactured resume that is so weak, it's funny how people complain about Calzaghes resume which is actually better than Mayweathers!
