    147 is the limit IMO.

Look; I find the Pavlik-fans as entertainingly smitten as anyone, but this is going too far. If you mean, "have a chance" in the sense of a 10% chance of getting through 12 rounds with enough points to convince a panel to gift him a dubious win, then maybe ...

But, for all Pavlik's weaknesses, the fella can seriously bang. Martinez is going to have enough trouble dealing with it, and Martinez' chin is a lot better than Pacs when you talk about standing up to genuine middleweight power.

Pac's got enough movement that he only gets caught hard between one and four times a fight, and so far his chin's been good enough to deal with it. Against the likes of Pavlik, one would probably be too many, let alone four.

There's no way Pac's knocking him out (Pavlik's chin's too good), so that means he'd have to go all twelve. And I can't see him going all twelve without Pavlik catching him hard. The other thing is that Pac's attack is 90% of his defence. Against someone who he can't hurt that effectively, there wouldn't be any cowering behind a guard. As soon as the middleweights realized he couldn't really hurt them, they'd just go for the kill and the game would be over.

I think he's reached it. I honestly don't wanna see him move up anymore.

His is already a phenomenal achievement.

147 should be his highest weight. He came into the Clottey fight 145.

Against someone like Corey Spink - I think he could win that fight - but those guys at 154 I believe are just too big. Especially when some of them are going back and forth between their weight classes and Middleweight.

This guy is probably over 400lb but Pac's 260 will be enough, his speed will make it done:)

He can be competitive with the guys at 154. However he cannot reach that weight.

I dont know if he could even weigh in at over 147 without being massively bulky. So basically your looking at a natural solid 140lb man fighting a natural soild 170lb man in a guy like pavlik. Also manny is 5ft 6.5in at best. Pavlik is well over 6ft, not to mention the reach disadvantage. Obviously the skill advantage is massively in pacquiaos favour but the physical advantage is in pavliks favour far more.
