So just because he's in a 1 sided fight against the freak Manny Pacquiao (possibly now the GOAT) he's not elite @147 , your nuts !!!!!

Cotto is still elite @147 and still holds a plave top P4P !!!!!!

Prior to this fight I didn't want to make a prediction since I saw it as a 50/50 fight. With that said I was rooting for Cotto. May he relax and enjoy life and come back as ferocious as ever.

i think hatton is still good but id tip cotto, more versatile and better defence, re margarito ban him for life , or him and mosley can just keep fighting on the cheaters circuit

I think just the same as i did before the fight. Cotto for me has always been overrated and was a good boxer while manny was a great boxer. The difference is and was clear.

I gained a lot of respect for Cotto, it was clear he was at his best but Pac is just a ****ing beast.

  8. i had cotto to win this one but even in defeat he showed magnificant valour by staying in there, heartbroken for him that he didn't get to hear the final bell.cotto is a top welterweight regardless of what happened tonight, unlike a certain mr.mayweather jnr, mr.cotto has fought the best that the welterweight division has had to offer so far and hopefully will continue to do so for a long time to come.

Cotto is a warrior and a credit to the sport,he did his best but it just wasnt enough to win but i dont think any less of Miguel as a fighter.

    I salute you Miguel.

It does seem like Cotto doesnt have the same power he had, but to say hatton hits harder is a stretch. TBH i dont know where Miguel gooes from here really. Whats he gonna do now? He needs to stay away from Margarito, he'll lose again, the Cotto before that fight is gone now, he doesnt have the respect as a puncher anymore, he's vunerable to the uppercut and has some of the worst head movement when on the backfoot i have ever seen from a top fighter (how many times does he have to get his face destroyed before he realises this).

Thats it for Cotto now though unfortunelty.

I picked pacquiao on points, and I wasn't that far off....I was very impressed with miguel cotto....he fought the best he could IMO....pacquiao was just better...it's that simple....

Cotto is a top 5 p4p talent that's for sure....I think he would beat old man mosley more impressively then he did the first time....

Cotto's major weakness is his defense.....
