What do you think of David Haye?

He's the best inactive heavyweight on the planet.

Klit basically beat it all out of him, toe or no toe. Since then he hasn't the minerals to step into the ring.

Lennox Lewis is more active, and he's RETIRED.

 

Klits have more fans , way more fans , than Gaye, people knows them outside of Germany and EE, but nobody knows Gaye outside of UK.

 

Than why do the klits keep using his name for media exposure.

 

The guy is a former unified cruiser champ.

Even if he never went to HW,he would have had a solid career

Seems about even. But if Haye were as irrelevant as you like to claim than why talk about him at all? Of course Haye is going to talk...they're on top. Why do they need to talk about him all the time?

 

IMO its Haye that talks about the brother far more. Most of the time when the brothers talk about Haye its because the media asks for a response to what Haye has/had been saying

I never said Haye was irrelevant. my problem with haye is his inactivity. He should fight more and get into position for a K fight... not talk to the media to try and get a fight made

there are some fights I would love to see haye in that he would win.... but to fight every 12-18 months is a waste of talent IMO

 

So why fight the likes of Charr, Chisora, Briggs, Wach, Pianeta and Mormeck when Haye is obviously a better fighter, more relevant and brings far more money to the table? You're saying Haye needs to be more active. Why if he's already better than the guys the bros are already fighting?

 

Good fighter, A level at CW but B+/A- at HW. Good skills and athleticism but not very smart and lacks urgency. Overall a pretty good fighter. I think he's the hardest puncher in boxing for his weight.

 

Seriously, David is a nice guy. He plays his part of badass well. Always gives me something to write about and trash him on ESB.

 

He got 3/4 belts, but I can't say he faced the top CWs.

He faced Gurov, Fragomeni, Mormeck, Maccranelli. Am I overlooking another elite fighter he beat?

He didn't face Wlodarczyk, Cunningham, Bell, Adamek, Huck, Jones, Arslan, Hill, Braithwaithe.

Was the version of Mormeck that Haye faced better than all or most of the above fighters in 07/08? Not likely.

Haye was briefly the lineal champ. But he didn't accomplish enough to be considered one of the greats of the weight class.

 

Maybe the second best crusierweight ever. A good heavyweight.

the hayeters make me laugh...usually american...all diss David Haye while hyping Deontay Wilder....whos had the same amount of fights as Haye and achieved what? **** all in comparison
