For 2moro night: http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=327282&cat=boxer The win-loss record looks nice, but the competition is "a bit shaky" (understatement) and the one loss was a complete whitewash decision defeat against Vanes Martirosyan (a decent prospect). Bit of a puncher though, and Duddy isn't exactly slick in the defensive department. Do you think this could be a decent one, if we get to see it?
Who knows :conf Duddy points would be the favoured outcome but he better keep that leaky defence tight.
Should be a good watch hopefully Duddy brings his jab this time. I don't consider Duddy any good but he is entertaining if it wasn't for his fight with smichet i reckon i could have killed myself that night. Don't know why people hate duddy he isn't that good and almost all the irish posters think that now he is just good for filling a card out.
I agree. Duddy at least has rudimentary boxing skills and has a bit of a beard to protect him from punches. I think it might be an exciting fight though (Duddy likes to get dragged into a fight, even if it is with a bloke with less boxing acumen than himself).
he has to move his head more.. and not stay planted waiting for the opponent to throw as to just try and have a successful counter... and the brawling helps when it does..just not all the time.... Good Luck John!
The Smichet fight was actually very exciting. Duddy was ****ed early doors (punches flying everywhere) but came back well in the last third of the fight to box his way to the decision (albeit against a relative can)
duddy aint no world beater but hes a gutsy decent fighter who is always in good entertaining fights so is the perfect super fight undercard fighter. i hope that he gets his big pay out world title fight against whoever and gets out with a good bita money and his health intact before walking off into the sunset
