old school fighter. hard as nails. produces good power and a bloody nice bloke. would be equally as effective as a bare knuckle fighter. hope he gets some big fights

Hold on there pal. I said it would be a punchfest. I never said who would win, or if it would eventually turn out one sided. Both men are high volume fighters, both have great movement (with Povetkin having the obvious edge), both are prospects that are undefeated with decent contenders on their resume. It just might end up one sided, but I do think they would be throwing an insane amount of leather. That was my point, I hold no vested interest in who would potenially win. As a fan, I would like to see the fight.

On top of all that, I don't believe in hype. Like I said earlier, I think he'll be a great contender, I never made mentions of him being a future champion.

I think it's refreshing to see a tough, swarming contender. He does remind me of a throwback fighter, and I think that's why I find watching him fight entertaining.

rogan is a breath of fresh air. he has good trainers already and will polish his skills over the next 18 months. good luck to him - he has stacks of bottle, does not give up and comes prepared to fight hard the 12 rounds. whats not to like?

A little harsh, Rogan stopped Skelton, something Chagaev failed to do. I think hes tougher than some people think.
What evidence can you offer that a tough durable boxer like Rogan would all of a sudden be blown out by Povetkin , granted it would be a big step up in class?

Not a bit fat as opoosed to Sam Peter, Toney and so on.. Rogies a ****in hero! When I sat down to watch the Skelton fight I expected the usual HW fight, plenty of holding **** all punching.. God was I wrong! A cracking fight and Rogie is an animal :bbb:bbb

Where is he in the HW rankings?? Top 15 surely? Hopefully!?

his skill is underrated...not to say that it's great. He has a great chin, good work rate and loads of heart. He's one of those guys that even if he loses 5 straight fights he would still be fun to watch.

Considering the so called great chageav (who so many people talk up) laboured to a points victory over matt skelton and rogan stoppd him he aint that bad.

In all seriousness he has a lot of heart and is tuff as nails, a real old fashioned hard *******.

Put it this way id rather see wlad vs rogan then wlad vs some one like thompson at least rogan would give his all :good
