I do that one at my gym and it's one of the few I can do on my ship due to equipment/space restrictions. I like it.
This weeks Fattie-to-Fittie blog will coincidentally have me doing this work out. I modified the arm curls by using a resistance band, which I've found works the biceps more and removes the jerky finish from my elbow. The same could be done for the over head triceps movements.
Prime Jeff Fenech had one of the greatest workrates in modern boxing. I'm guessing he knows what he's talking about. On a side note his presentation is surprisingly good.
