I believe that for any athlete the conjugate method is the way to go. I believe that you should increase your work capacity, work on maximal strength, explosive strength, GPP, and muscular endurance. What kind of equipment do you have access to? Edit: Any athlete who is not concerned soley with endurance (marathon runner.)
