i am going on holiday in 2.5 weeks and after that i will need to get into terrific shape as my trainer wants to get me fighting. on the days i am not at the gym i was thinking of doing: bagwork- a 4-5 punch combo thrown 10 times then immediatly after 30 punches at maximum intensity then another combo thrown 10 times followed by 30 punches, i will do this 5 times.... or 30 sec max intensity punching the 30 secs rest repeated 4 times then a minuite rest, repeat whole proccess 3-4 times basic circuit training if i can do- 5 burpees then press ups repeated 10+ times roadwork- i dont have a track anywhere near so i was thinking of doing tabata sprints or running and sprinting as i have a large field next to me any ways i could improve this at home regime, this is all for fitness as i would like to be a boxer with a very fast work rate, what do you do and how could i make this more intense
try out this at home its simple, basic but effective. Its basically from rosstrainings book, its described as GPP work General Physical Prepardness 30 seconds burpees 30 seconds push ups 30 seconds star jumps 30 seconds squats repeat for 10 mins NON STOP!!!! i think 5 burpees and 10 pressups repeated x10 isnt bad but it depends if that is pushing it for you or if really you could be doing more. Intensity is what iv found gets me fit and Only you can up the intensity anyone can give you workouts and routines
