Well thats simple. The outstanding issue is that Sr has always refused to give any props to Roger whatsover. He is always the 1st to tell you that Roger hasnt taught Jr a damn thing, and even goes as far as saying that Jr's skills have regressed since he left, because of Roger. Jr takes that to heart because of how close he is to Roger professionally and personally. This is more then just mere competition between Sr and Roger as trainers, they stopped talking to each other long before Sr went inside and Roger took over Floyd's training duties. So this issue came back up when they started arguing about their female fighters. Jr is sick of Sr disrespecting his uncle every chance he gets.
It was staged bull**** for 24/7. It was about putting on a show for the people and promoting the fight. Nothing else.
