What do you think was the reason why Mayweather came back from retirement?

Who was Pacquiao suposed to lose to? He has not been in a chalanging fight since 2008 when he got a split decision over Marquez. Before that his last chalanging fight was Barrera in 2003.

He was sick of Roger and Snr coming round everyday asking him for money. He then realised that he could beat a couple of great names that were either 5 years past prime or 2 divisions out of their weight class.

The family would then either say all the best fighters around him were either too big , on steroids or with the wrong promoter.

I hope Floyd stays retired this time as he is great , he truely is , but I am sick of his bull ****.

So Floyd has no eyes AND he's a woman now?

That explains everything... no wonder he's not fighting Pac.

  8. You guys are still all wrong!!!!

Floyd never retired! He never intended to retire! "He came back for money" is way off the mark since he planned on coming back anyway...

He announced that **** as a publicity stunt to make his next fight worth more $$. So really, he "RETIRED" for the $$, he didn't come back for the money... If you actually believed this **** when he announced it, I just gotta have a little LMAO at you. You are gullable.

Most favoured him over diaz, he was supposed top lose vs de la hoya, hatton was hatton ko or pac ud according to people, cotto was not the favo with the bookies but a lot of people thought he would make it close or just beat pac. clottey was not favoured, and neither was margarito but he had a good punchers chance at 166 that he came in.

The IRS put Al Capone in prison. They weren't going to play nice with Mayweather. I sense he will come back every few years unless he changes his spending habits. Maybe one day he'll even have to resort to the Tyson "I took my beating like a man" route.

He's convinced he's the best. The fact that someone else was being touted above him while he's still capable of fighting probably irked him since he was so quickly forgotte, but that was to be expected when he had so many names left that he could have put on his resume'. So if he's convinced he can put to rest anything other than him being the best, he might as well do it. Getting paid handsomely was a given.

What a joke after he beat JMM

then Mosley and hopkins come in the interview and they have a fake pretend little "in house" argument

He was already planned to fight Mosley before that I bet

    Other reason:

Floyd wants to fool and toy a small Mexican boxing legend in Juan Manuel Marquez... Floyd was able to do it successfully...
