what doe you think is beter after gym work a hot shower or cold

To be fair I am a **** speller.

 

I would always start off with the water on hot for a couple minutes and then turn it as cold as possible for a minute or so.

Personally I opt for the cold one

If I'm a bit cold afterwards, I **** my Joe Calzaghe inflatable doll for a bit

Over the years there have been many theories as to whether hot or cold is better. Back when I was young cold was the in thing. When we hit the shower there would of course be a competition to see who could stand it the longest. I never won that one!
