What does a boxer have to do to become mainstream crossover superstar?

    apparently beat at least 2 big name fighters preferably late in their careers or smaller than yourself, dancing with the stars and WWE appearance wont hurt!

    if noone but those who speak the same language you do understands what you say not the cliff notes version the translater says to the world its hard to identify with thats what seperates de la hoya from alot of the latin fighters thats why he's the golden boy

    To be mainstream you have to do mainstream things.

    Boxing is not mainstream anymore.

    So, yes, using mainstream TV shows is the way to go.

    i feel physical appearance (i.e., looks) have a lot to do with it... and supernatural skill sets too like a roy jones or pacquiao sure don't hurt


    and obviously everyone loves an action fighter

    any boxer with any sense would have done the wwe **** 20 mil it aint nobody has the balls to walk on that type of money especially since you box for money not for free
